Browns DT Mike Hall Jr. suspended by NFL for personal conduct policy

Editor’s note: a previous version of this story claimed Hall pled guilty. This is incorrect and has been updated accordingly.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Browns announced Tuesday afternoon that DT Mike Hall Jr. has been suspended by the NFL for violating the league’s Personal Conduct Policy.

The suspension without pay will last five games, officials say.

Hall Jr. has been on the Commissioner Exempt List since the beginning of the 2024 season, Browns representatives say, and he will be eligible for reinstatement October 7.

Hall Jr. undertakes no contest to disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor, in Avon Lake Municipal Court September 19.

The judge then sentenced Hall to two years probation. He was also given a suspended 30-day jail sentence.
